Job Description

Industrial Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

Determine all operational methods according to required work standards and analyze all information to resolve specific issues such as optimal utilization of personnel and materials.

Coordinate with engineering department and outside suppliers and recommend changes to layout and maintain control on all labor and material costs.

Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.

Design and execute all processes and recommend improvements to same and ensure efficiency of all production processes and analyze manufacturing processes.

Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.

Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.

Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.

Skills:

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Documentation and organization skills.

Other Details:

Minimum 3 Years of experience

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
