Location: Swargate, Pune
Notice Period:15-30 Days Maximum
Any specific criteria:
Candidate should have an experience of end to end recruitment cycle. Should be able to read and understand all Job Position and Description once position is open.
Should be able to liaison with recruitment / placement agencies and internal stake holders.
Soft Voice with excellent Voice modulation and synchronisation, pleasing & Recruitment aggregated communication.
Should have excellent negotiation and communication skill.
Should be able to liaison with multiple placement agencies and keep recruitment funnel ready
Should have an hand's on experience of working on recruitment portals
Interview Process: Resume Screening > Telephonic / Google Interview > Face 2 Face & Final Offer Rollout
Working days & Working hrs:Monday - Friday ( 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM )
Skill & Proficiency:
1.Excellent command over written & Verbal English communication along with Hindi and Marathi Language
2.Candidates Segment Dealing with Experience candidates and should be able to pitch credentials of company in right spirit and pitch.
3.Interaction with candidates would be from digital marketing or software background.
4. Number of Prospective candidate identified per day
5. Coordination with multiple stakeholders internally. KPI Number of positions closed every month
6.Turn around time between job opening & closures.
7.Negotitaion with candidates on salaries & early joining.
