Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviews and enters individual enrollment applications. Obtains additional information as necessary
- Is responsible for verification of initial and ongoing eligibility related to special enrollment periods and
qualifying events
- Monitors and audits the processing of monthly invoices for individual members
- Monitors the process for issuing grace period and term notices to individual members
- Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing query.
- Adherence to processes, procedures, policies as prescribed by the Service Delivery
- Role will be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
- Day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture
- Limited interaction may be required with clients and/or Accenture management
- Adhere to quality, controls, risk & compliance aspect for the deal
- Highlight challenges due to process design to Leads and provide possible suggestions
- Drive process improvements and ideation and identify any probable automation opportunity
Ensure data management governance is followed
Please note this role may require you to work in Night shift.
Skill required: Enrollment & Billing
Experience:-
- 1-5 years of overall experience in General Insurance catering to - Billing & Enrollment (Essential)
- Experience in assisting customers with issues related to enrollment and premium payment (Essential)
- To act as a liaison between member services and the enrollment & finance departments. This position is responsible for reconciling enrollment and billing related discrepancies (Essential)
- Understanding of End-to-End Policy life cycle (Essential)
- Clear Understanding of Different market segments and types of policies that are serviced (Desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills & Good typing speed (Essential)
- Well versed with MS Office MS Excel Specially (Essential)
- Must have strong analytical skills (Essential)
Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines (Essential)
