 Role and Responsibilities

• Candidate would be responsible for building up team of RMs or
• He will have new client acquisition target
• He would also be responsible for generating revenue from all products
• He would also have to do SIPs on monthly basis
• Also he would be driving and monitoring his team
• Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
• Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive & Increase Market share
• Recruitment, training and retention of manpower as per approval

 Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 6+ years in Broking industry
• 4+ year experience in handling a
• He will have to join along with his team (Team size minimum 3/4 Advisors & 3/4 Sales)

1. Area sales manager typically manages sales force within his defined regional territory. He/ she is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the

3. All sales/ Advisor manager will direct report to him.

2. Additional certificates - NCFM MF & FNO
3. 8+ years experience in Broking industry, handled a team of advisors and branch sales
4. Exposure to capital markets
5. Knowledge of trading applications , MS Office
