Hello!!!

We have urgent opening for Project Architect - Nerul, Navi Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.

Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.

Independently perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructionson assignment objectives.

Monitor preparation of technical drawings of reporting architects and cad operator.

Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and bestpractices.

Attend field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviewsand submit samples.

Perform project research and support Project Manager to write specifications where applicable.

Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherenceof technical issues.

Review accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans and completed reports.

Contact municipal building department and government agency officials for approvalsduring project permitting, constructionphases and completion stages.

Handle minutes of consultant coordination meetings.

Involve in business development meetings to target specific market, client or project opportunity

Coordinate with reporting team and consultants to make necessary modifications in design and drawings as per site conditions.

Maintain project manual and conduct and document on-site observations and reviews.

Draft observation reports during project close-out efforts.
