Job Description:
Serve as the voice of the customer.
Build enterprise customer success strategy, including program governance frame work and success plans that nurture and expand relationships with project sponsors / Key stake holders and improve customer health and build referenceable customers.
Increase the share of revenue by farming the existing customers to generate additional revenue, protecting the booked revenue includes revenue forecasting for fiscal year, protecting the revenue through project governance and reviews , on time billing , collection and contract renewals.
Manage and grow a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from platform/ service adoption to engagement and retention to drive account expansion
Align with division heads to plan and execute customer marketing, retention, and value-driving initiatives. Create and execute processes and programs to improve customer engagement and adoption, and mitigate customer risk
Ensure escalated client issues are responded to with speed and urgency.
