The Purpose of This Role

  • Are you a recruiter who is inherently passionate about finding outstanding talent? If you are then this may be the role for you.
  • This role will be responsible for hiring the next generation of l - talent into Organization.
  • You will own the hiring strategy for these roles, run strategic projects to explore, improve and innovate on the next gen of hiring solutions and consultatively help hiring managers find & hire great talent.

  • Build an outstanding and personalized associate experience.
  • Offering our business leaders insights, into the external market.
  • Facilitate decision making while ensuring we hire talent with the right balance of business and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with our sourcing teams, staffing partners, tech & event companies to identify talent efficiently.

  • Experience with leading staffing ramp efforts across technology areas.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Recruitment tools Behavioral.
  • Be Curious. We would like someone who will scan, try and share new techniques to constantly improve the staffing process.
  • Be Creative - We want our team to creatively play multiple roles -brand ambassadors, project managers, hiring specialists, domain experts etc.
  • Communicate - We need team members who are good communicators,
  • able to articulate and bring conviction (with data) to their conversations.
  • Be passionate - Our team believes that the work they do helps the organization become a better place.

  • Experience in the Financial / Investment Services industry.
  • Experience into Senior Stakeholder Management.
  • Coordination with HM & Team Management.
  • Working knowledge of Workday / ATS tool.
