Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

To assist the Senior team on projects and matters with regards to various regulatory requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Preliminary research about the requirements requested by clients

2. Close cooperation with the manager

3. Follow-up with clients up to finalization of project and proposal

4. Contacting laboratories for quotations and follow-up of status of studies placed

5. Maintain good customer relations and manage projects to full customer satisfaction

7. Follow-up with authorities to check the updates of submissions

8. Work as an effective team member and provide responsive support to the team on all matters pertaining to regulatory.

9. Maintain and develop personal capabilities and expertise to become a creditable partner in the view of peers.

10. Reading & understanding regulatory guidelines and its interpretation

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Knowledge:

1) Master Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Regulatory Pharmacology and Life Science.

2) Fluent in English is must .Excellent communication skills across international dimensions

3) Capable of good judgment in self-managing and resolving technical issues

4) Good skills in resolving inter-personal conflicts

5) Analytical thinking

6) Project management skills

7) Good cooperation with the technical team

8) Experience- 2-5yrs relevant experience
