Job Description

You will work on a diverse set of problems relating to our customer support content management. Specifically,

  • Program Management: Lead the C360 program for APAC region by collaborating with the regional cross functional teams and global counter parts to ensure continuos improvement and excellence of the program
  • Analyze opportunities problems to drive product strategy: Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy on a highly-effective regional strategy operations team
  • Advocate for product develop go-to-market strategies: Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan and project manage implementation surface for key insights from the business to advise product improvements
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support decision-making: Define metrics to conduct experiments to assess the impact of new product features for better decision making
  • Ensure product awareness through regular comms: Maintain regular communications with key partners across the org to ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/ product
  • Manage strategic initiatives: Liaising with Stakeholders and cross functional teams, ensuring new initiatives related to C360, Content tooling reporting have proper project management and follow up through completion

  • Structured, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills: You are able to quantify business problems in a data-driven way, define intervention plans, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for continuous improvement: We constantly welcome change, improving processes to raise standards. You must be always on your toes - finding the next opportunity to improve the way things were, and highly driven to make the change yourself.
Preferred experience, skills, and competencies
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support/ content management
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced business environment is an advantage
  • This is an APAC role--proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese is a huge plus
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google sheets and other analytics platforms is an advantage
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing software (HTML / CSS code), strong familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA is great to have
