Position: Taxation Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience: Minimum 7 / 8 years

Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra

CTC: up to 8 Lacs

Job Profile: Will be primarily responsible for Direct and Indirect Taxation of the company.

Indirect Taxation

Monthly Return Filing for all Depo and Factory total 7-8 Location
GSTR 1
GSTR 3B
Monthly Reconciliation with Books of Accounts for Tax Liability and Input Tax Credit for all 7-8 locations.
E-way Bill, E-invoice Reconciliation with the books of accounts on Monthly basis
Responsible for Filing the GSTR9 Annual Return for all Locations
Follow up with the vendors for ITC not received
Provide proper guidance on particular query from department in relation to Taxation Matter
Checking and keeping tab on Input Ledger balance and deciding on Export with payment of duty.
Filing refund application for LUT Exports
Reply to the GST Notices in timely manner if any
Checking all GST related issues with Finance team
Develop the system to integrate the reports

Direct Taxation

Monthly TDS payments before Due date
Quarterly TDS returns filing
Advance Tax Working and payment before the Due Date
Tax Audit and Income Tax Return Filing
Handling scrutiny work and reply to the notices in timely manner
Filing of online forms like 15CA/15CB etc.
Handling direct taxation issues if any with the Finance team
