• Qualification- B.Com / MBA Finance
• Good to have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable
• Good hands-on experience in General ledger
• Good hands-on statutory compliances
• Good hands-on Accounting / Auditing
• Experience: Min 2 years to 4 years
• Industry: Start-ups, Core finance ( Unlike BPOs)
• Real estate, Banking, and insurance industry candidate profiles - need not be considered.
• Behaviour - adjustable to stringent timelines
• Good Communication skills
