Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
Role: Quality Analyst
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
* Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
* Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
* To Check and identify whether products are functional, reliable and meet the end user's expectations.
* Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
* Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
* Research the current market for similar products and compare results
* Responsible for implementing quality assurance principles and practices throughout the SDLC. * Have knowledge of Postman to verify the APIs
* Should be aware of Bug Reporting tools such as JIRA etc.
Job Requirement:
* Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Python, Scrum, project management, Java, and SQL * Experience in project management and QA methodology
* Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
* Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
