We at Black and White Business Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking for an ambitious, result oriented and experienced Recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters atBangalore, Indiranagar-CMH road.

Note: No option of WFH.

LOOKING FOR IMMEDAITE JOINNERS ONLY - FRESHERS / EXP - ANY GRADUATES CAN APPEAR FOR INTERVIEW.

Experience : IT Recruitmennt(Domestic IT FTE/Staffing background fromRecruitment company)

Location :Bangalore, Indiranagar-CMH road

Notice Period :Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Should have IT Recruiter experience
Should have experience of IT Recruiter
Client Handling Ability
Good communication
Should be able to generate Strong team performance and pro-active attitude
Strong Sourcing techniques
Should have good Oral and written communication skills
Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
Strong Working experience on LinkedIn
Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Insta hyre,Stack overflow, or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent
Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc.
Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Strong team player and pro-active
