Roles and Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of the various selection process and must be able to conduct different types of interviews such as telephonic, Skype, and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates' technical skills and competencies and assess candidates' ability to fit the work environment.
Building New Network, maintaining client relationships, and Preparing a database initiating new contacts is Plus -
Desired Candidate Profile
