What is our requirement?
Role : Technical Lead/Tech Lead/Technical Manager - React.js
Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 5+ yrs
Working Days : 5 days working (Saturdays & Sundays Fixed off)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled react.js technical lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting the front-end codebase.
Responsibilities :
- Implement real-time, high-performance web applications for desktop and mobile
- Architect elegant, maintainable, testable solutions to complex technical problems
- Integrate with third-party platforms and services to pull in auxiliary content, services, and data
- Tackle performance bottlenecks and drive improvements to our backend infrastructure
- Share software development best practices with the team and mentor junior engineers Desired
Skills :
- Minimum 5+ years of full-stack experience building highly scalable and distributed systems.
- Expert-level fluency in React JS/JavaScript and REST API development, proficient in React JS modules/packages, Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Strong fundamentals in OOPS, Data structures, Design patterns, microservices architecture, asynchronous and event-driven development.
- Experience with Front End UI tools such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience working with, popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Knowledge of newer specifications of Ecmascript, data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus, Restful API
- Strong experience in Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Strong Experience in Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- AWS/Azure experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps to manage end to end deployment
- Experience solving problems in the healthcare industry
- Deliver functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation
- Ability to write automated unit tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or equivalent Java script test framework
- Ability to communicate and articulate clearly and work collaboratively in an agile team Good hands-on working knowledge on SQL server
- Relevant knowledge/experience in Test Driven Development Experience in Agile methodologies and agile engineering practices.
Salary Offered : Fixed CTC + Yearly Increment.
