Job Description

Greetings from People First Consultants private limited !!
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Prepare parametric Catia V5 3D models and drawings following pre-defined guidelines
Build 3D models of forged parts from input models / surfaces / profiles by adding machining stock, draft angles, fillet and
corner radii.
Tooling and fixture design for different manufacturing operations in the plant.
Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings as required with necessary tolerances and annotations.
Handle data transfers to/from customers, vendors and internal network
Prepare and handle different data and file types, e.g. IGES, STL, DXF and Native CATIA Files.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Engineering >5 years of engineering design experience in one or more of the following areas - Forging or casting part design, Machining and Mechanical systems
Experience in managing the workflow of an engineering team for at least 1 year >3 years or 3000h of Parametric CAD modeling experience on Catia V5 including hands on experience in following workbenches Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Assembly Design, Drafting.
Knowledge of and working experience with GD&T and detailing required Have experience in or capable to be trained to manage finite element simulation
Experience in interfacing / regular communication with an external party (customer / supplier)
Must possess excellent communication and time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Project or other project management tools is required
Experience in Aerospace industry is a plus
Knowledge of French language is a plus
