Job Description
Key Responsibilities Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for Domestic and Overseas universities as per their profile.
Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting
Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries
Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Assisting the students with the admission procedure for universities in Domestic and Abroad
Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of the universities.
Follow up with students for pending documents and payments.
Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
Counselling & providing information about the course to candidates.
Increasing the admissions by telecalls/ In-person meetings.
Able to generate walk-ins from Database Calling.
Monitoring and ensuring timely implementation of all Academics related activities.
Being Point of contact for queries, grievances, and giving the relevant support for placement opportunities.
Ensuring timely completion of training and coordinating with faculty members.
Support Management by maintaining up-to-date records with regards to Enquiries, Admissions, Batches, etc
Required Candidate profile The desired candidate should be flexible and excel in a fast-paced environment with leadership skills to coordinate a highly efficient team and prospective students!
Graduation required [Any stream].
Experience in student counselling for studies in Domestic and Abroad will be an asset
Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada is a must.
Work Timings:
6 days working week Monday to Saturday - 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
Sunday Weekly off
CANDIDATES HAVING PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED.
