About Transorze

Transorze Solutions is a reputed ISO 9001:2015 certified training provider in skill development courses and has a stronghold in Kerala. We are training providers for National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalaya Yojana (DDU GKY).

Transorze is looking for a target oriented person with excellent organizational, leadership, networking, mentoring, and problem solving skills, and who has the necessary experience in forecasting the requirements of the various market segments and strategizing the business development plans in accordance with the same.

Job Description
The candidates shall be responsible for the overall Business development and profitability of all branches of Transorze in Kerala.
1.Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives
2.Expansion, new initiatives, and penetration of new market segments
3.Analyze current market trends and plan, strategize promotional, marketing, and branding campaigns
4.Collaborate with digital marketing department for promotions, lead generation, and enhancing the reach of Transorze to all market segments
5.Identification of new franchisees and franchisee management
6.Planning and execution of ground level marketing activities such as kiosks, notices etc
7.Management of all business functions viz business development, sales, and customer relationships
8.Mentoring and management of the of Business Development & Marketing Teams
9.Networking with educational institutions, residential societies, job placement agencies, overseas consultants
10.Regular conducting of market research and competitor analysis.
