Job Description

1.Employee life cycle changes using HRMS tool
Perform HR operational periodic task like providing employment reference checks, New hire record activation , Manage employee set-up in HR Data base, Employee Record management which includes creation of Physical and Virtual files and managing them.
2. Responds to partner queries related to any question/request through case management tool or Avaya calls and counsels employees and managers on HR policies and processes (Inquiries & Request may come in via multiple channels e.g., e-mail, phone, case management system).
3. Provides continuous status updates, guidance, and information to partners, key stakeholders, and peers within the HR functional area team(s) to ensure case resolution
4. Processes all critical HR operational (routine and non-routine) task such as organization changes, compensation changes, position protocol changes & any other data updates
5. Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility. Adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s)/team(s). Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.
6. The role specific responsibilities are varied and although they may be assigned to one individual, they may be rotated or reassigned in order to balance the workload within the team.
