Job Description
Senior Manager- QA QCRole: Senior Manager- QA QC
Job Description:
QA QC of the entire company including sub- contract quality
Evolve and implement company wide QMS TQE programs
Set quality goals in PPM for the company and implement procedures to reduce non conformance
Minimize/ Eliminate customer complaints and returns
Ensure company quality certifications and all system requirements
Conduct MR meetings and reviews
Participate as a member of the Lean team for implementation Ensure training of people and co- ordinate with HR for replacement hiring
KRAs:
Implementation of company- wide QMS TQE
Company wide reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
Quality certification without NC
