Accountability: Man Power Planning & Recruitment :
Plan & organize manpower assessment, selection & recruitment in time for meeting the needs of various departments

Forecasting Man power requirement & finalization of recruitment
Review of Organization structure review and finalizing of position profile
Releasing Internal circulars/external advertisement depending on needs.
Organizing interviews , selection & approvals .
Releasing appointment orders.
Overseeing Joining activity, mentoring and Induction program.
Forecasting GETs requirement & conducting campus interview & induction

Performance Appraisal &compensation:
Plan & organize performance appraisal, compensation and IDPs , maintaining timelyness for satisfaction and career development of all management employees.

Organize timely implementation of performance appraisal system as per BMC guidlines

Monitor finalization & review of individual KRAs
Conduct Performance Appraisal workshop.
Monitor & guide performance review by depts. and report finalization .
Performance appraisal critical analysis review and communication
Monitoring IDP finalization & review of non- performers as per BMC circular 664
Organise & review of JDs on cganges in organization
Coordinate for Job evaluation
Arrange timely increase of increment letters on receipt of approval

Competency Development:
Plan and organize programs to build employees competence & growth for superior performance and sustained organizational growth.

Review TNI& finalise training plan.
Budget review & approval.
Finalization of Faculty & approval.
Finalization of Training plans for GMs & above at Gyanodaya .
Post Training effectiveness review & feedback
Organizing training & llearning sharing programs
Review of organization structure &Identification of positions for succession planning
Identification of successor in consultaion with FHs & finalizing succession plan
Talent assessment & finalization matrix
Nominating for DAC process & ID

HR Policies, programs & system Formulation & Implementation:
Designing of growth oriented & business friendly HR Policies & organize implementation as per Mgmt guidelines.

Review of existing policies & making appropriate changes as per needs.
Implementation of BMC circulars
Organize OHS at Unit
Identfy weakareas in OHS and make corrective action
Formation of task forces for identifying improvement areas
Monitoring task forces working & ensure implementation of recommendations.
Formulate & recommend new policy/ guidelines .
Designing & recommending motivational Schemes
Continuous communication & culture building

Salary , PF , Superannuation ,Mediclain administration:
Plan & ensure timely Salary disbursement and Social Security payments like PF, Superannuation mediclaim etc.

Guide incorporation of compensation revisions & timely disbursement
Monitor payment of social security payments like PF / Superannuation etc.
Monitor submission of returns Statements.
Monitor maintenance of Superannuation records.
Monitor Mediclaim scheme implementation & facilitating medical claims

Systems implementation:
Guide & Ensure implementation of ISO/EMS/ WCM systems, HR motivation schemes and maintain all relevant records for HR function for improvement of plant performance & quality standards.

Control on systems and procedures based on Training & Development Policy

Follow up and maintain documents
Facilitate during Audits- Internal/ External
Compliance to NCR, as and when required
Implementation of Employees Suggestion scheme, Good Work award , Internal customer s
atisfaction survey& other motivational schemes.
Identify continuous improvement in systems

Rural Development & Community initiatives:
Guide and organize all rural development activities to enrich the harmonious relationship between the company and nearby communities.

Identification of needs by arranging survey
Organize , monitor & guide awareness camps
Identify Self Help Group & their training& Developments
Regular interaction with community arround
Plan and develop Social projects.
Monitor their execution
Co-ordination with local people
Exploring Govt schemes for Rural Development
Liaise with Govt. authorities for funds grants & scheme execution.

Implement & maintain various administrative activities for safety , security & welfare of employees & their families for their comfort & satisfaction

Implement & maintain services in the areas of
Establishment
Guest House & fooding
Housing & furniture/ Bachelors Hostel
Transport
Medical/School/Shopping
Security & Fire
Religious functions
Communication/ Postal & courier service
Staff & Ladies club activities
Liaison with Govt. Depts for above services & support
Monitor all statutory requirements & records
Colony satisfaction survey, identification & implementation of improvement actions.

Management Information System:
Ensure maintenance of Personnel records and preparation of MIS for Management requirements.

Creation & updation of personnel records.
Preparation of HR-MIS statements.
Internal/ CHRD requirements.
Providing HR information to peers& superiors as and when required

People Development:
Build & sustain a conducive work culture through close coordination & support to ensure sustainable contribution by every member

System Implementation:
Organize & implement the system requirements of ISO, EMS & WCM in cement mill and packing plant areas through the involvement of employees for improving the plant working and quality standards

Fix performance objectives & assess the performance of the subordinates
Appraise the subordinates, provide feedback and guide them in improving their perform
ance standards
Identify the training needs. Impart/ arrange training to the subordinates through for
mal/ on the job training programmes and review their knowledge updating.

Identify & ensure rectification of
Abnormalities
Spillages/Leakages
Unsafe conditions/practices
Execute implementation plan for
Qualityimprovement objectives
Improvement of WCM criteria score
EMStargets/ISO systems improvement
