Team Leader: Inbound Customer Service

Immediate opening for Team Leader Operations for the Customer Service Inbound Process.


Looking for immediate joiners.

Work Location: Noida


Roles and Responsibilities:

Should be able to motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.
Answer operations related queries from the client.
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go-getter
Excellent hands on skills to get into the process deeply & ability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to customer
To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals
Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs
Ability to drive process, performance and transformation
Able to guide the team by implementing best practices and always lead-by-example

Applicants Specifications & Qualification:

Strong verbal and written skills.
Ability to mentor and provide feedback
Ability to handle escalations with demonstrated Leadership skills
Ability to work with cross departments
Solution Oriented

Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues such as attrition, update dissemination and discipline
Team Handling Skills, Acting Team Leaders / SMEs can also apply for Team Leader Position.

Domestic Inbound process experience is a must.

Salary :- 3.5lpa
