Implement a sales plan to achieve RCVtargets in Technical Foam Segment. Follow up with existing customers fororders, payments and statutory forms. Prospect & identify opportunities andconvert them into business. Actively follow current industry trends, and market and competitors activities, consolidate information and submitdetails.
Close relationship with Peers to have a better understanding of the Industry. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims/accounts of Technical Customers are settled within time. Close relationship with other Service Departments. Work with operations, logistics and other concerned departments for better and timely service to customers. Establish close relationships with technical customers to understand their needs/market needs and challenges. Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
