Job Description

:

This role sits within the Specialty Care business and is responsible for the proactive and reactive administrative and process support across the RQ and Medical functions.

The main areas of responsibility will include:

General coordination and management of RQ and Medical Functional heads administrative activities

To act as the administrative SME for the relevant RQ and Medical functional specific platforms and tools.

To support all administrative activities associated to the relevant RQ and Medical functional specific platforms and tools

To manage and coordinate all RQ and Medical onboarding and inductions

To manage and track the RQ and Medical functions purchasing (end to end) administrative activities.

Main responsibilities / job expectations

  • Raising, tracking and general management of function specific purchase orders from purchase to payment
  • To manage the relevant function generic mailboxes
  • To coordinate, attend and minute the relevant RQ and Medical Functional meetings
  • To support as required the relevant RQ and Medical teams associated to the Integrated Brand Teams (IBT) including but not limited to contract management, activities in Veeva promats (Comando) and meetings management
  • To manage the filing and tracking of Regulatory post approvals
  • To coordinate and track health authority payments
  • To coordinate and manage the administrative activities associated with easidoc ( QMS)
  • To coordinate the administrative tracking and filling associated with Product quality complaints
  • To coordinate the administrative tracking and filling associated with clinical operations activities
  • To coordinate the onboarding of new staff
  • To provide iLearn administrative functional support
  • To coordinate with the network of administrative/Business process associates on best ways of working and simplification for efficiency
  • Work in partnership across the RQ and medical functions to ensure we have a robust tracking system for all GXP controls
