1. Knowledge of raft foundation and RCC shell of 275 mtr chimney

2. Knowledge of project planning, billing, execution and contractors.

3. In Depth knowledge of BOQ, Costing, Claims, Contract related correspondences, legal matters etc.

4. Supervision of site work as per drawings and work progress, managing labour contractors and preparing PRW bills.

5. Should be able to interact independently with client.

6. Supervising and controlling on site construction activities with respect to cost, time over runs and quality compliance to ensure zero errors and satisfactory execution of projects.

7. Attending review meetings with clients and plan work accordingly.

Required Candidate profile

B.tech (Civil/Mechanical both required)
