Roles and Responsibilities:

Nursing Knowledge And Adaptability

Registered Nurse perform multiple tasks related to patient care, case management and treatment planning.

Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services

Treat medical emergencies

Accurate knowledge about the forms and formats.

Accurately transcribes medication and treatment orders for the indenting process.

Recognizes improper or inadequate orders and reports these to supervisors and physician before proceeding.

Teaches medication management to patients as per discharge planning requirement

Represents the hospital in a manner, which conveys a professional, courteous, caring and co operative attitude.
