Relationship Manager is responsible to Source/Sell SEG loans for ABFL to ensure achievement of ones portfolio & bottom line growth targets while minimizing NPAs and achieving targeted return on equity. He/she has to be on the field & effectively & regularly interact/meet with existing & potential customers to gather market intelligence, convert leads, negotiate terms of loan, collect overdues etc.
The Relationship Managers of SEG Business is responsible to implement the SEG sales strategy in the assigned accounts , that can withstand competitive pressures, especially given ABFLs late entry into the SEG lending space having many competitors and many established players. He/she not only has to source & establish the business but also grow it profitably.
Channel Management-Effectively tap different types of channel partners to ensure meeting of topline & bottom line targets, Customer Acquisition/Sourcing-Acquire customers by selling SEG loans towards meeting topline targets, Disbursal-Timely disbursement of the loans to customers with proper documentation, Customer Service- Service customers effectively to meet customer service standards, Market Intelligence-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes, Portfolio quality ,Profitability--Maintain quality of portfolio to minimize NPAs, Implement measures to ensure profitability, Organisation Process Efficiency-Implement process improvements to ensure process efficiencies.
