Job Description
Using Sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Referral policy etc. to create a candidate pool.
Partner with hiring vendor to build effective sourcing.
Lead the assessment, and closing approaches; manage departments expectations.
Recruit passive and active candidates. Screen candidates, clearly articulate position requirements for a variety of skill and experience levels. Provide timely, detailed interview noted in the system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and department managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
Qualifications: 4-9 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Media Entertainment industry recruitment is preferred.
Bachelors Degree
Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Successful background in using innovative research sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity.
Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must.
Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries is nice to have.
