Designation :- Production Chemist
Experience :- 1 to 5 Year
Location :- Sola, A'bad.
CTC :- 15,000 to 30,000
Job RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Adept in handling departments like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection.
- Spearheading the functions of production activities as per production planning to coordinate with other departments like warehouse, QC, and QA.
- Analysing process performance and product quality and maintaining Safety standards, cGMP regulation and hygienic condition of plant.
- Managing the Production Block operations are carried out with safety measures, follow SOPs during process operations.
- Adept in handling departments like liquid manufacturing area, liquid filling area, visual area.
- Planning of the production departments.
- Involved in manpower planning as per requirements and optimum utilization of available resources for maximum productivity.
- To plan and allocate different jobs on daily basis to the work to workmen/machine operators of production area.
- To ensure the implementation of cGMP and compliance of SOP during the work.
- Completion of all the record work on daily basis.
- To supervise the production line activities.
- Give on-job training on SOPs and general to the workers.
- To maintain general discipline in the department.
- To maintain department and equipment in neat and tidy condition all the time.
- To work for the control of wastage during packing operations.
- To perform any other related work allotted by the superior as per the production requirements.
- To work for the control of wastage during processing and to achieve higher yields of product.
- Achieving production targets as per monthly delivery plan.
- Yield achievements and Control of Wastage.
- Continuous improvement of productivity of man and machine.
- Maintain and improve product quality by ensuring SOP compliance and c GMP.
