Managing the e-commerce department of the company.
Looking after sales on Amazon, ebay,myntra, Flipkart ,etc and
company website.
Supervising team for listings on all platforms
Supervising team for inventory management for each platform.
Looking for new opportunities to grow online department of the
company
BUSINESS ANALYTICS
Assessment of sales achievement.
Identification of critical activities that led to sales growth and using
the same to come up with further strategies to increase sales.
Identifying areas to reduce costs and maximize profit.
PROJECTS
Ongoing onboarding on Tata Cliq
Unicommerce implementation in discussions
Seller Flex onboar
advertising on digital platform .
