Job Brief this is BA opening in claims adjudication application development team, and this application handles/processes different type of claims systematically. this application used by several customers and we do get projects from those customers to enhance the application. qualification (Education/ Experience/Certifications) Any bachelors degree
AHM 250, Business analyst Certifications (CBAP), Any Agile/Scrum Certifications are preferred Role and ResponsibilitiesThis is end to end delivery role, person would be involved in right from requirement gathering, solutioning, build/test the functionality/feature, implementation and monitor post implementation until warranty period.RequirementsMust Have:

• Candidate must have US healthcare experience especially in claims application as business analyst or consultant Overall, minimum experience of 4 years and atlest 50% of their experience should be from US healthcare.
• Should have knowledge/worked in at least two of these claim types of claim medical, hospital, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Blue card/ITS, FEP etc
• Should have knowledge in claim submission methods Paper/Electronic and direct/clearing house
• Sound knowledge of current US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies
• Should have the fundamentals of requirement gathering, elicitation, documenting, and transition over to internal and external stakeholders
• Should have experience in writing functional specification documents/BRD
• Should have ability to participate in solving complex business problems and exposed to complete software development life cycle
• Should have sound knowledge in claims testing end to end, work under minimal supervision and take complete ownership of delivery

Good to Have:

• ITS (Interplan Teleprocessing system)/Blue card claims and B2 application knowledge/experience is preferable
• Federal Employee program (FEP) knowledge and expose to FEP direct
• Membership and provider domain knowledge/experience is preferable, but must have claims knowledge
• Work experience in EHR/EMR is also considered, but must have worked or possess knowledge of claims submission to Payers
• Nice to have work exposure with agile and scrum teams practicing distributed agile methodologies
• Preferable to have basic SQL knowledge
• Soft spoken and willing to work in flexible timing, and may require working on weekend as per business need
