Annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting for planned digital marketing initiatives. Monitoring the execution of planned initiatives and updating the senior management on the progress and effectiveness. Digital Marketing team management and development. Digital Marketing monthly analysis report preparation and presentation to senior management. Research and update on new initiatives in Digital Marketing and update senior management. Creating monthly MIS for the digital marketing function, with all the required analysis.
