Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills..
Knowledge of Shrinkage , Attrition , Quality, CSAT and ops fundamentals..
Experience in Customer Service Mandate.
Positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation are all essential.
Knowledge of MS office. Excel , PPT etc.
6 Days working , Rotational Week Off and shift..
Maintaining Weekly Roster, Attendance, and Team data
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
Excellent Communication skills both Written Verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point .
