We are looking for candidates having experience between 0-2 Years for Shift Manage, 2-6 Years for Restaurant Managers & 6-9 Years for Restaurant General managers, preferably from QSR, IHM & Dine-In Experience Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities;
- Assists in the management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Analyzes sales, labour, inventory and controllable on a continual basis, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets
- Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis
- Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work
- Assists in the management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met
- Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Assists Restaurant General Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains.
Success Indicators:
- APC, Up-selling, Suggestive Selling targets, COS, COL, COSV performance, Recruitment Readiness of the store.
- TMTS scores, 100% expert certification, No. Of cross-trained Team Members.
- CMS check scores, CRM scores, and CER scores. P/L and budgeted sales figures
