Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job Portals.
• Screening, Skill assessment, scheduling and conducting rounds of Interview, taking feedback.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Offer Negotiation.
• Co-ordination with consultants.
• Consistently meet the performance metrics.
• Data Management proficient in MS office.
• Ready to travel for external campus hiring /off-campus / job fairs.

Required Candidate profile

• Must have experience/knowledge in Bulk hiring, sourcing, Scheduling, Co-coordinating interviews.
• Experience from BPO/consultancy/ is preferred.
• Graduation is a must.
• Good Communications skills.
• Any graduation.

Experience : minimum 6 months to 2 years.

• Applicants with Short notice or immediate joiners required.

Soft skills required

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
• Good client interfacing skills.
• Pleasing Personality.
• Energetic and self driven individual.
