Job Description:

Candidate should have min 15+ year of experience into BPO Collections.
Candidate should have 10+ years in managing tele calling & tele sales for BFSI domain.
Candidate should have strong experience in understanding of contact center process, tools & application's.
Candidate should have experience in growing the business & strong client management skills.
Candidate should have experience into handling min 1000 employees with the line of business & for different domains.
Should have handled multiple locations.
Candidate should have excellent presentation skills & have strong knowledge on P & L.
Should be willing to travel.
