Key roles and responsibilities-
Hold responsibility for service-quality standards and adherence to budgetary restrictions of Facilities (Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages), SCM, Engineering, Information Technology Hospital Support Services, Ancillary business services, Transport, Ambulance, Hostels etc.
Hold responsibility for service-quality standards of Patient Care Services including IPD, OPD and TPA Cell Operations.
Plan & Execute Infrastructure Upgradation / new technology requirements to keep pace with changing times, technology and trends.
Manage and supervise coordination within support services to deliver on required quality standards & as per Standard Operative Procedures
Act as custodian of all government and statutory compliances for non-medical services
Short-list, train, schedule and motivate all manpower (including contracted) for all non-clinical departments (that come under incumbent's direct purview) and get maximum output with respect to time and service standards.
(MBA/MHA 8 15 Years of Experience (5-7 years experience as Hospital Administrator in similar or larger hospital)
