Job Description
- The candidate must have a good command of English communication.
- Should have knowledge of Core HR-related works.
- Should have experience in Recruitment.
- Should have knowledge of Computer, Microsoft Office.
- Will recruit actively for the company and be the first point of contact for the employees in India
- End-to-end payroll processing & Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Induction programs: Helping the team to understand company culture & various programs.
- Exit Formalities: Filling all the formalities in hard copy and helping the employee on smooth exit.
