Education Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: The candidate should have 3+ years of work experience in the construction industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A candidate is responsible for construction activities like execution, planning, supervising, and inspection of the site.
Candidate should have excellent knowledge of project planning
Should have working knowledge of construction software like Microsoft projects, GANTT chart etc
The candidate should have good working experience in residential or commercial projects.
Candidate having strong knowledge of site estimation and costing.
Candidates have to coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
The candidate is responsible for the BOQ of the site.

Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills.
