Job Description

Private equity for raising capital , M&A is must.

Proficient in financial modelling, construction of spreadsheet-based business model and having strong analytical abilities

Proficient in preparing marketing pitches, presentations, investment teasers, information memorandum and credit note

Worked on transaction across stages in Investment banking / Corporate Finance / Debt Restructuring

Sound industry knowledge in Electric Vehicle, Infrastructure, Hotels, Hospitality or Pharmaceuticals may be preferred
