Position Title: Senior Manager
Qualifications: Minimum Graduation in Commerce Faculty, Materials management degree will be an added advantage, Candidate must have attended/acquired the certification from Indian Institute of Packaging or Diploma in any Packaging Technology
Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handling procurement of Packing Materials and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
Proficient in Negotiation of portfolio being handled and should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with Company's Standards & Specification and to secure advantageous terms.
Maintaining positive Vendors relations, evaluating supply options.
Should have an analytical mind and should keep up with latest market trends and updates.
Should have the sound knowledge of Packaging Industries
Must maintain transparency in procurement process.
Responsibilities:
Should be able to devise fruitful procurement & sourcing strategies
Discovering profitable vendors and initiate procurement, keeping in mind Company's benefit.
Must be able to follow and enforce company's procurement policies and procedures.
Should be able to manage inventories at Contract Manufacturing unit level and maintain accurate purchase track records.
Should be able to maintain and update Vendors information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Maintaining good Vendors relations and negotiating contracts
Should be able to take any other Jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Requirement:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement of Packaging materials.
Knowledge of SAP is must.
