As a Global PDE Software Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with the Global PDE Engineering organization. Team Member will support & manage, monitor & trouble shoot industry leading software applications includes Tibco Spotfire, Tibco Data Virtualization and Google cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
Server Management of TIBCO Spotfire & TDV software
Server Configuration
User / Project Management Tasks
Resource Management Tasks
Maintain Data Source Capabilities Files and Custom Data Sources
Develop Scripts to Monitor Pertinent Spotfire & TDV Server Status
Attempt to own and manage urgent issues from a technical standpoint with minimal assistance.
Trouble shoot the defects/enhancements reported by the customer.
Evaluate TIBCO & GCP products, features (maybe more than one) and build proficiency in all areas of those products.
Create Knowledge Base articles (FAQ/Solutions) for the issues that have repeat value.
Experience working within a development team and in an Agile model (Scrum).
Ability to manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently.
Product/Application support experience, JAVA, IRONPYTHON/ Database certification
Knowledge of different Authentication/Authorization mechanisms e.g., Basic, OAuth, Kerberos, etc.
Process Management, Memory Management, Performance management, application Scaling, etc.
Technology/Tools/Platform
Must-Have

• Strong Programming Languages (PL/SQL, Python, Java, C++, etc.) with strong Optimization Techniques & trouble shooting, debugging skills.
• ETL, Database (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Hadoop etc.).
• Strong familiarity with Linux scripting & machines/servers platforms.
• Collaborative Tools like GIT, Atlassian eco-system (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms: GCP Big query is added advantage.

Experience & Education

• Bachelors/master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (BE/ME/MCA) with 1-5 years of relevant IT experience.
