PMS
Talent Acquisition,
L&D,
Employee On boarding / Induction,
Talent Management,
Employee Engagement / Welfare,
Employee Relations,
Statutory Compliances
Employee Exits, etc.
Authorized to handle Legal cases (Manpower Related), drafting of legal replies against the letter received from claimants / Labor office in consultation with Legal function, represent company as Management Representative in Labour cases.
Managing & Preparing Dashboards HRIS & business related at Regional level.
