Job Description
Position: Segment Sales ManagerExperience: 8 to 10 years
Education: BTech / MBA
Location: Mumbai Head Office
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager preferably from Hospital furniture segment.
Should have built the business from scratch
Should be handling a business of 10-15 cr as an account manager
Exposure to working in both private as well as govt tenders
Key Deliverables
Will be responsible for Sales and Product Management for a hospital furniture product in both the govt and pvt sector.
Responsible for sales (Pan India) for segment Hospital Furniture.
Managing key accounts and working with all industry influencers ( architects, contractors, consultants)
Business development by contacting potential Hospitals.
Working with Key account team to get maximum business for hospital furniture vertical.
Ability to work in matrix organization along with regional sales heads and their teams.
Product management will entail- monitoring the sales and orders as well as pricing.
Identifying product gaps, benchmarking with competition and prepare and own a NPD plan (new product development) for the category.
Bottomline Achievement maintain COGS as per the target
Work with marketing and operations to ensure that prices are updated and new product prices are released timely.
Working with marketing for participation in shows and advertising in journals etc.
Work closely with marketing to plan product catalogues.
Assimilate and review customer/team feedback on the products, liaison with design and marketing team for any changes required.
Building Product Portfolio and effectiveness of portfolio. Working with sales team to analyze current and future trends
Work on product pitches and study competition products.
Work closely with marketing to plan product catalogues.
Ability to work unsupervised, well organised, maintains all data, communication, and customer files and ability to multitask.
