Job Description
Function: ResearchApplicant Attributes-Must Have: Research and Calling Experience
Applicant Attributes - Nice to Have: Update on Current affairs, Expertise with MS office and Reading / Research
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Candidate with Previous exposure to L&D, sales exposure, and Training Industry Exposure
2)Asst. Manager Level From similar Industry and Role
3)Position Based out of Mumbai Reporting to sales with a dotted line to Training
4)Will be scouting for prospects, and contact details, fixing up appointments, and helping in follow-up calls for Sales and Training Teams
5)Major KRA would be
a.)Identifying Prospects in the relevant market in line with the customer profile of TMI
b.)Build an Industry-wise database with contact details for fixing up an appointment
c.)Fix up as many appointments as possible with the qualified customers based on a Screening grid provided.
