Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Location: Thane West (Khopat)

Job description

• Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system.
• Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified system.
• Explain about Company services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in prospecting for new clients/ lead generation.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Should have good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be able to create good presentations.
