Job Title: Sr. Associate -Trans Processing (Level 2)

Experience: 2 - 4 Years in Contract Management

Job Description:

Provide Data assurance by reviewing contractual agreements for Client and approve on the legal end with the services associated with the contracts

Being responsible for the timely execution of projects by setting targets and to ensure that it meets with consistent high quality and efficiency

Preparing project specific reports for the client

Ensure the SLA KPI Targets are achieved as outlined in the SLA

Applying the ongoing changes/deviation without impacting the output

Should volunteer to learn other activities involved under various LOB's

Delivering on the additional responsibilities as mentioned in client Parameters for the respective processes

Get cross trained within the process & deliver as & when required by meeting accuracy and TAT

Qualification and Professional Experience:

LLB or any Law related courses

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Contract Management

Note:- Only Immediate Joiners

Technical Abilities:

Strong interpretation skill and ability to efficiently evaluate process implications.

Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access and Power point)

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent team player with good soft skills

Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
