Job Description

Expectations/ Requirements
  • Scheduling campaigns on time and as per client requirement.
  • Coordination with the application and development team for maintaining up time of service.
  • Ensuring error-free operations in running the applications.
  • Monitoring all campaign KPIs and taking corrective measures to achieve expected output.
  • Quick response time to the customer within the defined SLAs.
  • Provide inputs to the product ops / sales towards improving applications and conversions.
  • Suggest best practices and coordination of issue management and problem resolution.
  • Generating MIS and providing reports to all stakeholders internally and to clients.
  • Gather client requirements specific to campaigns and execute as per their expectations.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
  • Excellent Communication skills both Written Verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point .
