Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for work from home back office , voice process.

Roles and Responsibilities : Candidates has to communicate with premium customers and giving them real time solutions for their issues.

Desired Candidate Profile : Need a candidate who is proficient in speaking English language, need extraordinary communication skills, it is a on role job, permanent work from home.

Note : Must have Minimum one years of experience with any of the MNC + Graduate only

Shift : Rotational shift / 6 Days working / 9 hours shift including one hour break time

Salary : 23 k CTC / In hand will be 18 k to 19 K

Required qualification : Graduate only

Candidates must have below mentioned system configuration at their home :

• Must have laptop/Desktop
• Window 10 or 11 with original window
• Ram : minimum 4 GB
• Processor : Minimum I 3
• Broadband Connection : With minimum 30 MBPS downloading and uploading speed
• Web Cam
