BUSINESS ANALYST (Australian Shift) for a leading Co at Hyderbad/ Bangalore/ Pune

Australian shift means it would be morning shift starting at 7 am.

Roles and responsibilities (Must have):
Business Analyst experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 5 years
Agile experience - Epic & User Story creation, Ceremony facilitation. Familiar with JIRA and
Confluence
Experience in Telcom domain Min of 3yrs
Experience & exposure to OSS/BSS
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements
Working experience on Salesforce, Service Now will be added advantage
Independent/proactive attitude ability to work as proxy-PO
Great communication skills
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements
Hands on experience working directly with Dev & QA teams daily (e.g. story walk through, early
feedback sessions, etc.)
Prior developer or QA experience
Confidence to run Agile ceremonies
Experience with Agile mandatory
Telecom experience mandatory
Technical analysis, process definition
Work Timing:
You would need to be flexible on working timing since you might be required to overlap some time basis the geo you support

Maximum 45 days notice will be considered
telecom domain is a must
